Michael B. GunterMike | Partner

Mike is the founding partner of The Gunter Group, and an experienced industry consultant and executive with more than 20 years of business leadership, project management, and process improvement experience in a wide variety of challenging and ambiguous environments. He has held executive leadership positions in consulting, supply chain services, and public education organizations, and has industry experience in healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. He is a visionary, forward thinker with extensive multi-national experience and a proven track record of solving problems and exceeding performance objectives. Mike holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.


Ashleigh GunterAshleigh|Partner

Ashleigh is an experienced consultant who partners with her clients to solve their most challenging problems. Her practice focuses in the areas of strategy development, organizational design, performance management, and strategic program implementation. Ashleigh combines her experience in strategy development, an understanding of organizational culture and a practical mindset to meet her clients’ needs. She has worked as a Principal at Coraggio Group and at the North Highland Company in Atlanta, an engagement manager with Deloitte Consulting and at Accenture as well as a Portfolio Manager for Point B. She has deep experience in advising education and healthcare industry executives on topics from strategy implementation in a dramatically changing marketplace to the operational effectiveness required to stay competitive. Ashleigh also practices in the telecommunications, consumer goods and energy industries on a wide range of strategic, organizational, and operational areas. She has an M.B.A. with a focus in Strategic Management and Organizational Change from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.


Stephen Bacon

Stephen is a management consultant with expertise managing strategy and change projects across a variety of organizations. He has spent fifteen years leading initiatives at Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions and not-for-profits in the education services, technology, financial services, consumer products, and healthcare industries, including extensive international experience. He is passionate about understanding the overarching strategic goals of an organization and managing the underlying projects and development opportunities necessary to implement those strategies. Steve is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), holds a green belt in Six Sigma, and is accredited in various psychometric assessments (MBTI, ESCI, NBI). He holds a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Boston College and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.


Matt BaderMatt

Matt is a management consulting professional with expertise in project management, business analysis, and process improvement. Having served as an Air Force officer, the president of a nonprofit, and a consultant, he brings a unique set of skills and experiences to each engagement. Matt has experience in the retail, healthcare, government, and nonprofit sectors where he has consistently tackled challenging business problems. He has been described as a dynamic natural leader as well as a dedicated, focused and goal-oriented practitioner. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from the US Air Force Academy and holds certifications in lean six sigma, contract management, and program management.


BradleyBradley Beck

Bradley is a proven and experienced Senior Business Analyst with an extensive background in business/IT development projects and process improvement efforts. His LEAN leadership approach promotes collaborative work environments, while his experience in mid-sized project management roles offers solid communication skills with a high sense of urgency. Bradley’s solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) provides valuable expertise to any IT project. His business experience is vast and he has spent the past 13 years between the Apparel, Footwear, and Healthcare industries. Throughout each role he has successfully applied his skills to a variety of disciplines including Finance, Business Intelligence Reporting, Supply Chain Management, IT, Operations, and Sustainability. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the University of Oregon and holds an M.B.A. from Portland State University.


Trisha Bennett

She has a proven dedication to deliver, and has a reputation of building highly effective project teams. Trisha’s management style is focused on collaboration, transparency, and meaningful communication. In addition to Project Management, her skills extend to business analysis, quality assurance/testing methodologies, and process improvement. Trisha holds a B.A. in Supply Chain Logistic and Business Management from Portland State University and has her PMP certification.


Dustin Best

Dustin is a management consultant professional with more than 15 years of experience in program/project management, strategy, and leadership. Reuben Broadfoot

He is deeply experienced in technology infrastructure and operations across diverse environments including telecom, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and insurance. Reuben has proven results in strategic planning, project development, and implementation as well as organizational turnaround rooted in the firm conviction that people are the greatest asset an organization has. He offers invaluable knowledge as a previous CIO for a locally based healthcare organization and Senior Director for a locally headquartered international sports apparel organization, among other similar roles over the past 19 years. Reuben holds several technical certifications.


Jim CalkoJim Calko

For more than 13 years, Jim has been leading diverse teams in the military, high tech manufacturing, digital and health care sectors. His collaborative, servant leader approach has earned him the reputation of being a problem solver who consistently gets things done. Jim has experience in a number of roles to include program and project management, process improvement, supply chain and procurement analysis, software and new product development, and marketing and communications strategy development. Jim’s education further highlights the diversity of his experience as he holds a B.A. in Political Science from Youngstown State University, a M.A. in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, an M.B.A. from the University of Portland, a ScrumMaster cerification, and a SAFe® Agilist certification.


Vivian Dhadli-RobinsonVivian

Vivian is a highly skilled project management consultant with industry experience in healthcare, local government and international import. In her previous roles, she exhibited an extreme entrepreneurial spirit and has a strong track record of building and being an integral part of highly effective project teams. Her skills and expertise include project management, business analysis, finance and process improvement. She has had experience in project lifecycle implementations and is well versed in PM methodologies. John DrakeJohn

John is a seasoned project management consultant with diverse experience working in the high-tech sector, construction, power utilities, and training and development industries. John has a proven track record of managing projects throughout their entire life cycle with notable organizations such as Comcast, General Dynamics, Intel, Microsoft and Portland General Electric. With experience working within an agency, client-side and as an independent consultant, he is skilled at managing deliverables from all angles. Comfortable working in any setting, John has a knack for adapting to the needs of the environment, taking charge, and quickly moving projects forward. John holds a B.A. from the University of Oregon, an M.P.A. from Portland State University, and will add a PMP certification later this year.

Jacob Firle

Jacob is a management consultant focused on leading teams, building partnerships and guiding change. His positive energy and ability to simplify complex problems have led to unique roles within for-profit, government, and not-for-profit organizations. His working style, which centers on collaboration and clear communication, pairs well across all organization levels and has allowed him to succeed in working with startups and large organizations alike. Meagan Greenough

Meagan is a project management consultant with a proven track record of identifying problems and collaborating with others to develop solutions. She is highly experienced in eliciting customer requirements, creating specifications, analyzing problems, and communicating complex information. Meagan is able to leverage her experience in product development and as a small business owner to develop solutions for her clients’ most important business challenges. Jay Hatfield

Jay is an experienced and dynamic leader who is driven by achieving results while formulating and implementing business solutions to meet a diversity of needs. He is an expert in using business analysis to help teams and individuals implement change, procedures, and processes that improve business functionality. Jay is adept as implementing IT projects impacting both internal and external customers. He is highly regarded for his leadership capabilities in leading, motivating, and forming high-functioning teams and managing vendor relationships. He holds a B.A in Business Administration from Wilmington University.

Max Holfert

Max is a senior product manager focused on delivering viable customer-focused innovation as a management consultant. Max is able to draw upon years of diverse work experience ranging from his own entrepreneurial venture to large multi-national organizations, non-profits and health systems. He has managed projects from conceptual design to tactical delivery, built complex budgets, managed multifaceted technical projects and tactfully guided change in a complex joint venture. Max holds a pre-med degree and an M.B.A. focused on innovation management from Portland State University, as well as training in architecture from the University of Oregon and design thinking from the LUMA institute.


Bert Kennedy

Bert is an accomplished Senior Business Systems Analyst and Reporting Analyst. His career has been devoted to helping better leverage business systems and processes in areas including human resources, payroll, finance and health insurance operations. He has worked on a wide variety of system implementations and migrations. Bert is as comfortable developing complex reporting and analysis in SQL or Tableau as he is gathering requirements, facilitating meetings, managing small to midsize projects, and writing end-user documentation. Bert was certified as a LEAN Greenbelt and has received training in Six Sigma. Bert holds a B.A. from the University of Montana.


Jason Kreulen

Jason is a proven and effective senior program manager with an extensive track record of successfully building, implementing, and leading strategic, scalable programs, while managing high-performing, cross-functional, and globally-distributed teams in a variety of industries. His areas of expertise include operations, process and change management, systems integration, market expansion, and service delivery, and he brings a strong reputation for talent management, consensus building and stakeholder relationship building. Jason has been often designated by executive management for recovery of critical special assignments due to his dynamic leadership and collaboration skills in driving teams through challenging environments to exceed performance objectives. He holds a B.S.E. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, an M.B.A. from Capital University, and an M.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.


Michelle Macy

Michelle is a management consultant known for being the ultimate utility player. She has the unique ability to step into any role or environment and deliver successful results. Her areas of expertise include business analysis, LEAN process improvement facilitation, program management, strategy design, and deployment planning. Michelle’s experience spans multiple sectors including retail, healthcare, government, and nonprofit. From strategic creativity to detailed planning, Michelle maintains a flexible approach to help businesses achieve their goals. She holds a B.A. in Biology and Spanish from the College of Saint Benedict & Saint John’s University and holds certifications in LEAN process improvement, program management and technical report coding.

Laura Magrone

Laura is an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a corporate background in varied business areas of the hospitality industry, as well as previous administrative and customer service experience. She has a  desire to add real value to an organization by utilizing her strong work ethic, intrinsic motivation, and interpersonal awareness to deliver successful results. Laura has proven capability to manage knowledge of multiple systems in order to effectively implement enhancements, perform defect management, and develop new applications. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida and utilizes this educational background, along with her genuine passion for people, in employee engagement and organizational health.


Rho Mao

Rho keeps the wheels turning and running smoothly at the TGG office. In addition to being a key point of contact for our vendors, employees and recruits, she plans and coordinates all company events, including team building, development workshops, and internal operations. Rho is also a key player in TGG’s recruiting efforts, from screening and reviewing candidates to coordinating and assisting in new hire onboarding. She works directly with our Business Manager and Partners, taking on ad-hoc projects and providing additional support in many areas of daily operations.

Sean McClintock

Sean has almost two decades of experience managing and implementing business solutions for a wide range of clients, from startups to Fortune 100s. In a broad range of roles, he has consistently delivered results that exceed expectations. Sean has worked in the mobile, media, and healthcare insurance industries. His ability to think and act strategically, while bridging the gap between business and technology teams, allows him to drive projects forward and stay focused on the true needs of the business. Sean holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Dayton.


Dan Medin

Dan is a motivated leader with over 20 years experience in business operations, executive leadership, strategy definition, analytics, project delivery and technology. He has been recognized for innovative thinking directed toward the evaluation of business opportunities and delivery of operational results. His principle strengths include integrating analysis into the planning process, program management, evaluation and implementation of technology solutions, organizational health, business development, and customer experience. He has held senior positions with healthcare, supply chain, and technology focused organizations. Dan holds an M.B.A. from the University of Oregon and a B.A. in History from the College of Idaho.


Sara NugentSara

Sara began her career as a highly regarded Audit & Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She has broad business knowledge across many industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, start-ups, healthcare, energy and nonprofits. As an experienced business management professional, her skills include business and financial analysis, process design and project management. She has been a valued partner in software system design and implementations. Sara has been described as a self-motivated, effective and organized team member. She holds a B.S. in Business, Accounting and Management Options, and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Montana State University.


Kara O’Connor

Kara is a highly strategic and performance-driven consulting expert with a background in digital analytics, marketing, and communication tactics. She has worked across several verticals at Fortune 500 companies spanning technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, sportswear, and banking. Kara has a strong background in building, implementing, and leading analytics and technical development teams through all phases of a project. She specializes in fostering a collaborative and open environment in geographically distributed and cross- functional teams. Kara holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from Central Washington University.


Denni O’Donnell

Denni is an experienced management consultant with an extensive background in the healthcare industry. Her expertise spans project and program management, data analytics, strategic planning, and process improvement. Her healthcare industry specific experience includes health plan management, hospital and home care delivery, integration of healthcare models, and process improvement in national healthcare systems. Denni has demonstrated leadership across established and start-up organizations and applies her expertise across industries. Sharon Reese 

Sharon is an experienced human resources professional with over 18 years as an HR leader, consultant, and employment law attorney. She has managed teams of HR professionals, led strategy design, and implemented transformative HR initiatives. By partnering with executives and emerging leaders on identifying priorities, developing leaders, and improving team functions, she provides focused attention to achieve each client’s objectives and desired organizational culture. Sharon has a B.A. with Honors from Scripps College and a J.D. from University of Michigan Law. She is certified in Prosci Change Management and the Korn Ferry/Lominger suite of talent solutions.


Noah Rich

Noah is an experienced project and business management professional with a broad spectrum of industry and functional experience. He has served in roles for organizations that range in size from startups, to small corporations, to some of the world’s largest companies. Throughout Noah’s career, he has built effective cross- functional teams to successfully drive initiatives across a wide range of industries including government, healthcare, aviation, technology, insurance, finance and accounting, retail, construction, and manufacturing. This breadth of experience gives him a unique perspective on organizational and business complexity and an ability to effect change through collaboration and effective problem-solving. Noah earned a B.S. in Meteorology from the U.S. Air Force Academy and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado. He also holds PMP and CSPO certifications.


Tony SchweissTony

Tony is a management professional with experience in process improvement, project management, and team leadership. He leverages his background as a leader and officer in the U.S. Navy to deliver consistent refined results in every engagement. Tim Sylvester

Tim has driven technology and business process change throughout his career. He has operated in a broad range of environments, both internally and as a consultant, from planning and risk in scaled financial services to advising Bay Area startups on product and engineering growth. His broad experience and acquired skills are easily transferable and allow him to work in a variety of roles and organizations. Beth WoodsBeth W

Beth’s strong organizational and communication skills garner commitment, teamwork and achieve results.
